On March 29, 2023, Hefei Onsoon Intelligent Electronics Co., Ltd. passed the practical audit of the IO-Link Association and obtained the test laboratory certification certificate awarded by the IO-Link Association. With successful certification, ONSOON became The first test laboratory outside Germany and expanding the number of IO-Link test laboratories worldwide to three.

As part of the overall review, the IO-Link Association conducted two rounds of theoretical reviews of ONSOON in August and October last year, covering the IO-Link protocol stack, IODD, physical layer, IO-Link testing, As for the IO-Link core knowledge system such as industry regulations, Onsoon Intelligent engineers completed the defense excellently. The successful conclusion of this practical audit brought a successful conclusion to the certification of the testing laboratory.

Before becoming a test center, ONSOON obtained the IO-Link Competency Center certification in November 2019. This is also the first IO-Link Competency Center in China. The company passed the IO-Link Committee review in December 2021. Obtained IO-Link Competence Center certification again.

Therefore, ONSOON is also the company that has obtained dual certification of IO-Link Competence Center and Test Center after TEConcept and TMG, which marks the IO-Link Committee’s full recognition of the company’s technical capabilities and testing capabilities.

The IO-Link Test Laboratory (IOL-TL) is a test center authorized by the IO-Link Association to perform manufacturer declaration tests of IO-Link devices and masters. Aiming to actively promote the standardization and standardization of IO-Link product development and use, and form a unified quality and management system, the IO-Link test center plays a vital role in ensuring the quality of IO-Link products.
