IO-Link Device Configuration Tool

The IO-Link Device Configuration Tool is a tool specially developed for configuring IO-Link Device parameters. The tool is developed by IO-Link Composed of 4-port USB Master and PDCT Software.

IO-Link Device Test Tool

The IO-Link Device test tool is a tool developed specifically for testing the Device protocol compatibility of IO-Link Devices (sensors and actuators). It consists of an IO-Link USB Master and IO-Link Device test software.

IO-Link Master Protocol Test Tool

The IO-Link Master protocol test tool is mainly used for protocol compatibility testing of the IO-Link Master. It consists of the Master tester MTU and the computer test software.

8-Port IO-Link Master Test Tool

The 8-Port IO-Link Master Test Tool consists of an 8-port tester and testing software. It can simulate the connection between different types of IO-Link Devices and the IO-Link Master under test, and can quickly test the compatibility of the IO-Link Master with different Devices.

IO-Link Master Development Board

The Master Development Board integrates the IO-Link Master protocol stack and provides an SPI interface to help customers develop IO-Link Master products. It supports 8 IO-Link ports and has passed all Master protocol test cases in "IO-Link Test Specification Version1.1.3".

Master protocol stack

The IO-Link Master protocol stack is integrated in the microcontroller (HC32F460), complies with the "IO-Link Interface and System Specification Version1.1.3", provides an SPI communication interface, and supports the Standardized Master Interface (SMI). Users can realize all functions of the IO-Link Master by using SMI instructions to communicate with the microcontroller through the SPI interface.

Multi-protocol IO-Link Master

The multi-protocol IO-Link Master supports IO-Link specification version V1.1.3, has built-in SMI protocol, and supports free switching of three bus protocols: EtherCAT, Profinet, and Ethernet/IP.

Device protocol stack library

The IO-Link Device protocol stack is the company's self-developed protocol stack, encapsulated into a library file, conforms to the "IO-Link Interface and System Specification Version 1.1.3", and provides function interfaces. Users can realize IO-Link communication by calling library functions and adding corresponding application layer and physical layer drivers.

IO-Link Firmware Update Development Kit

The IO-Link Firmware Update development kit is packaged into a library file, which complies with the "IO-Link Profile BLOB Transfer & Firmware Update Specification Version 1.1" and provides function interfaces. Users realize IO-Link communication and Firmware Update function by calling library functions and adding corresponding application layer and physical layer drivers.

Slave Demo Board

The Slave Demo Board integrates the company's self-developed IO-Link Device protocol stack and uses the physical layer chip OS8110 to demonstrate the functions and execution results of Process Data, as well as the reading and writing of parameters. It has passed the debugging and verification of Onsoon Port Device Configuration Tool (PDCT).

IO-Link HUB (16-channel PNP input type)

This reference design is a 16-input IO-Link HUB. It has 8 M12 4-core interfaces and can support the connection of up to 8 PNP output sensors. The matching IODD file is also ready. Customers interested in developing and producing IO-Link HUB can contact us.

IO-Link HUB (16-channel input/output type)

IO-Link HUB is an IO-Link device that connects ordinary sensors to the IO-Link system.
