IO-Link digital pressure switch

The digital pressure switch, also known as the intelligent pressure switch, is an intelligent, high-precision pressure control device that integrates pressure measurement, display, and control. Based on the conventional digital display pressure switch, Ansheng Intelligent adds an IO-Link interface to the digital display pressure switch, supports the IO-Link V1.1.3 specification, and supports the COM2 communication rate.

The digital pressure switch, also known as the intelligent pressure switch, is an intelligent, high-precision pressure control device that integrates pressure measurement, display, and control.

This digital display pressure switch is a reference design based on IO-Link developed by Ansheng Intelligent. The product has the characteristics of simple operation, anti-vibration, high control accuracy, and long service life.

Mainly used in adsorption confirmation, pipeline pressure detection, air leakage testing, gas storage bottles, air machines and other industrial pneumatic and compressed air system pressure measurement and control fields.

main feature:

1. Support traditional pressure sensor simple, hysteresis and window mode functions, with response time <3mS;

2. Supports IO-Link V1.1 communication interface standard and COM2 communication rate;

3. Dual switch output, supporting PNP, NPN and push-pull output modes;

4. Different overcurrent values can be set (50mA to 250mA);

5. Supports switching of multiple pressure units;

6. Dual interface, red/green display of process value.
